Returns & Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU) and Spanish General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007), customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day you receive the goods.

You may use a clear written statement via email indicating your decision to withdraw from the purchase.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in original condition

• The item must be returned in its original packaging

• Tags must remain attached

• The item must not show signs of wear or washing

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

• The item is defective

• The wrong item was sent

In these cases, we will cover the return costs.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 14 days

• Refund will be made using the original payment method

Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable unless required by law.

5. Exceptions (EU Law Compliant)

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Customised or personalised products

• Items made to customer specification
